(I have searched for this issue in existing bugs and personally did not find anything related) Build: 1.9.14 Mode: Any Mode: Any SERVER NAME: Any SEED-ID: If applicable: MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: No/Dontknow Reproducibility: Always Severity: Major Type: Lighting Summary: Odd lighting rendering bugs Description: There are some strange lighting bugs that I notice in the game where lighting will either flicker or most often, fail to render properly at certain angles from light sources - most easily noticeable from placeable light sources, but also on occasion the world-lighting. I've granularly tested each of the settings in my nvidia control panel to see if there may be a culprit for this there, but none of them seem to have an impact. The in-game graphics settings don't have an impact on this for me either. Steps to Reproduce: As one example - place a portable work lamp, turn away from it, or walk away from it to a certain distance - the light rendering will cease completely - as opposed to diminish in intensity as you'd expect, or adjust to your visual origin in comparison to the projected light. As for the global illumination issues I mention, those are very difficult for me to determine how to reproduce, but they seem to begin to occur after long sessions at those tail ends. I notice that when I start my game it oddly tells me that I have low memory when I don't - and have a very capable system, as though the game can't utilize all of my systems memory - whether graphically or in ram. Perhaps the issue is related to this if it's unique to me. Screenshots, Crash Logs, any other Relevant Information or Download links: Video of the mentioned bug https://ufile.io/4gn02kmn
