I think you need to go into your Empyrion - Galactic Survival/Saves/Blueprints and find your blueprint in the list and type in the name exactly as shown on the folder including the ID number at the end. Try that. *edit* hold on that won't work if it's one you subscribed to. You might have to find the folder for steam workshop blueprints. I forget where it is.
that would be steamapps\workshop\content\383120\ I guess. There's only a folder with the ID which can be found in workshop-url... I'll try that. edit: nope. I'll try to solve that in creative, there it shouldn't be a problem.
the first version was correct, I just needed to create a local copy of that blueprint (prefabinfo doesn't work on workshop content, as far as I just found out). Thanks for the reminder that own and workshop-blueprints are handled differently :-D
