The server works, in the server list, the players see it, the players connect to it quickly (before the start-up planet selection stage), but the game itself loads very long (about 10 minutes), and when loading, it writes an error in the right corner of the screen (Connection to server lost), but if you wait, the game will load, the player will appear on the planet and will play normally, ping players 10-20 ms. But many do not wait for downloads.

The D-Link DIR 615 router, all UDP / TCP ports from 26000 to 60000 are open, the firewall is disabled, the basic filtering service in Windows is also disabled. I tried to delete the server, I downloaded a new Dedicated Server from Steam, with standard settings in dedicated.yaml, only the port was changed to 30000, and telnet to 30004, the result is the same.

Attached logs from the server, at the time of attempting to enter the players. And I connect to the server through the internal LAN IP without problems, the loading takes about 30 seconds. But the players are connected to a static external IP with problems and an error when the playfield is loaded.

No antivirus is not worth it. The defender is disabled. A firewall, too. Added server IP in DMZ on the router, the problem did not disappear. So the problem is not in the ports. I tried to even run the server through EAH, the player is displayed as "online", in the game if you press "B", the player is visible in the list, you see his ping, no higher than 20 ms, but in fact the player continues to load with this error "Connection to server lost " on his screen. On any other server these players go without problems, the download does not exceed 1 minute, no errors appear to them.

I checked it again. Firewall Windows 10 is completely disabled. Windows Defender is disabled. LAN IP is set to static. The port forwarding is assigned to the static IP LAN of the server machine. Ports are open in the range: from 26000 to 60000 TCP and UDP. Even added a LAN IP to the DMZ. IPv6 is disabled. UPnP has disabled. In dedicated.yaml:
    Srv_Public: true
    Srv_Visible: true
People see the server in the list, and quickly connect to it and choose the starting planet. And then the problems begin ... Long loading and error.

Can there be a problem with the router firmware?
Router D-LINK DIR-615 / A (R1), firmware official 2.5.5. Connection to the Internet through WAN PPPoE+NAT. DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I lease an external static IP address from the provider.

What is your upload bandwith? The first time they connect to the server the have to download the playfield. This opertion needs a good upload in the server part

The problem was in the router. And not only I have the same problem with the DLINK DIR 300 and DIR 600 router. I think this is due to NAT Loopback. The problem was solved by replacing the router with the TP-LINK TL-WR841N. There are no such problems on this router. Now I see my server in the server browser from LAN computers. Players connect without problems.
