Fixed Quest tasks are not recognized as completed when a build time is set to 'instant'. [6089]

Dear developers,

To cut the time, I set my game to have all crafting items build "instantly" in constructors.
When I go through tutorial quests, very ofthen I have to complete the quest task manually as game does not recognize instant crafts in constructor.
Most likely, this is not limited to tutorial quest and Portable Constructor. (This is the moment where I decided to report it)
