Is there a specific type of raptor you need to find in order to collect the skins needed to do the Fashion Trend quest? I went to the tower on Akua at night, there were indeed raptors, but killing them didn't update the quest when I looted them. The quest giver did say it should be "Night Raptors" but I've never seen one called anything other than "Aggressive Dinosaur" before.
It is the "Agressive Dinosaur" .. but the quest might have a bug in the current version > Fixed in EXP 3. Sry for the inconvenience.
I randomly got this quest item from some aggressive dinosaurs on the alien planet, at night, in EXP2.
@Hummel-o-War For what it's worth, I had issues with this quest at first because I was using quick/auto loot. Pressing Shift+F for quick loot seems to bug the game out with quests. It seems like the quest is looking to see me open the specific inventory but quick loot happens too fast for the game to recognize it (just a guess based on what I'm seeing, not checked the actual triggers). After killing dozens of night raptors and not getting a single quest item I switched to regular looting and it recognized it every time. Edit This affects all quests that are looking for the player to loot a specific corpse. Slow looting and keeping the window open for an extended period seems to be a requirement.
Yes, that was an issue as well - but should be fixed in EXP3. Please retry when you find the time. There is ONE issue i was not able to fix for EXP3 which is that the pickup element will not yet stop .. so having the quest returned to the player might still lead to getting the quest items.
