Summary: Reputation Spam top left has returned in 3649 update

Description: Notification for rep increase top left has returned. (Stay out of zirax & Kriel Space +5, when destroying blocks during battle, Mining Asteroids etc.) Again minor issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

Instance 1
1)Start New game
2) Stay out of Zirax terratory

Instance 2
1) Spawn a CV in orbit, Arm it up find something big to shoot watch rep spam

Instance 3
1)Mine an asteroid

 

Does this Bug Report mean that even when non of those Faction have been discovered you get positive Faction Standing for it?
If so it would be a bug as it was removed a while ago.
If not and those Factions have already been discovered it would be no Bug...

 

It applies to both discovered and undiscovered faction. I discovered Zirax but not Kriel.

 

Stopped happening on my 1.7.5 Update Default game test save. No idea why.
