If one plays EGS long enough you will have lots of waypoints registered in the game - coupled that with organic scanner hits and this becomes a huge MESS on the players screen. And unreadable mess that is.... Now when I scan I can't see most of my waypoints ad they block each out - its a mess. We need a filter for specific scanning. Kind of like the weapons selection of what you want the turrets to shoot at. Note, this scanning/sensor filter should not be in that area as it is very cumbersome to get to for fast selection. Example Scanning Selections: 1 - Natural resources 2 - waypoints 3 - POI ( or aliens', structures, whatever.) 4 - and so on. the player should be able to select one or all. Instituting that function would go a long way on cleaning up the scanning screen for players, besides as this is set in the future something like this would surly be a basic function.
