Fixed SV Minigun CustomIcon Missing

    I'm assuming this is just because the exp 12.3 just came out, but I thought I'd post this here anyway. There doesn't appear to the a CustomIcon in the config file for the SV Minigun Turret.

    So the effect to the player is an empty box in the items/construction menu.
