Description: When you press CTRL + W to set the throttle at its current velocity, e.g. when cruising around a planet looking for resources with a scanner, in previous builds the throttle setting indicator would rise up the right hand velocity indicator to indicate the setting, but now it does not and remains fixed at zero even though the velocity remains constant when not adding input, indicating the throttle setting is operating. Steps to Reproduce: Fly SV in atmo with the inertial damping (I key) system operating, fly forwards at full throttle using W, press CTRL while holding W, release both CTRL and W. SV will continue to travel at full throttle but indicator remains set at zero. The indicator for cruise is not functioning, although the function itself is. I'm also not seeing or able to use Boost in my current ship.
