Does anyone know how to get this to trigger? I've been going about my business for a while since completing Uncertain Outcomes. Travelled to every gamefield in my starting system and visited 2 others (one factionless, on Pol) but I have received no new message. Thanks
I did this manually, after spawning a CV. But it would be nice to know what is supposed to trigger it.
