I do all of these in the game editor to see how they will look. Of coarse there is alot of back and forth between https://unicode-table.com/en/#control-character and creative. With the addition of the LCD Projector to public, fancy holographic displays are now possible. Though in most cases, Projected holographics are tailor-made to fit a specific location and won't look/work right in other places.
