These people, who were supposed to be in this trading outpost, were all out for no apparent reason. (single player, survival mode)
I saw something kinda similar to this once, when doing the "Totally Overpowered" Polaris story mission chain. When I got to the nightclub on the Alien planet, I noticed that some of the dancers were literally dancing through the walls. Their sic dance moves were taking them outside, then back inside, and repeating. Show-offs.
Do you know how to repeat this again at the same POI in another save game or a different POI in the same save game you are using ?
If a space POI has any breach to the exterior they'll eventually walk out and get stuck I've had many aggressive NPCs follow me only to fall out of a POI and get stuck View attachment 65139
Mode: Survival, Multiplayer Dedicated server Server Name: Empyrion Mart PvE Project Eden SEED-ID: 1011345 Modified Playfields: Yes - Eden Project (although this happens on other non-mods) Reproducible: yes, always. Severity: Minor-ish Type: NPC / AI critters Summary: When in space and an NPC falls off pletform / asteroid it lands below and is now invincible Steps: Go to any station or asteroid in space where there are enemy NPC's. Draw them out so that they chase you and fall off the platform. Once they fall down (in space) they'll go a certain distance underneath the station / asteroid. You can shoot them as much as you like, but they will not deactivate. This is problematic mostly for Zirax NPC's who will continue shooting your ship while you are attempting to break into a space-based POI. Seen below is a nasty lil bugger from the Alien Planetary Fragment. He/She/it is below the asteroid and as you can see, has no health after being appropriately spayed with LOADS of electrified DDT. The little blue demon is still alive and well and able to attack you if you get too close.
PS: The NPC's do not despawn either. When the playfield is unloaded, and not loaded for an hour or more, I came back and these guys were still here.
