Seems like collission between character and terain misscalcualted things, so it repositioned the charecter like in the photo. It seems like those bugs that randomly happen and can not be reproduced, and also that if your save game loaded the position of the character will be corrected. Suggestion next time you see this happen take a look at the console, if you like for more information. How did you continue your normal game?
I didn't continue the game because I thought it was broken, I normally restart a game every so often until I find one of these bugs. come to think of this sometimes when I do load game forageable items sometimes partly drop into the ground and are unable to be foraged. And that reminds me of an idea I had ages ago, there are skeletons of animals scattered about, but when you scavenge/mine then you get XP 100 it would be good if it gave you Bonemeal; now when growing crops, it could reduce the growing time by ¼ for instance. Just an idea. What do you mean by, look at the console? How do I use that if I get this problem? Joe.
Check your keyboard shortcuts on how to show and hide the console. On the console you can view various short reports and problems regarding the game. Also you can execute commands that can be shown if you enter "help" in the console.
Thank you! I have just started a new game and found an error, I think well it's different than it was before. This is the error/bug: I broke my leg it says to use a Bandage, So I did, but my broken leg was not fixed and my health continued to reduce, and the broken let timer icon continued to count down... But when it got to 0 the broken leg was healed. I noticed it didn't matter how many bandages I used the leg stayed broken until the counter reached zero. I have included the save so you can see. Joe.
I've encountered a similar bad terrain render at the starting area on Akua. I fell through the map and landed back outside the 'hole' where I had entered, but I took fall damage.
