Description: I use a modified version of the Aurora ITF (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2755383659&searchtext=aurora+itf) by jrandall. Prior to these recent updates, exiting the pilot seat would place you standing behind the seat. Now, it puts me outside the ship. I started a completely new game and spawned in both my modified and Randall's original version. Both get the same behavior. I've attached that new game. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Create / Load a game 2) Spawn in an Aurora ITF (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2755383659&searchtext=aurora+itf) 3) Enter the pilot seat. 4) Exit the seat. Confirmed with a subscription to Aurora ITF. I tried playing around with the placement of pilot seat. Shifting it one cell behind and left resolves the issue, barely nothing can be seen from there while piloting this ship though
I found removing the triangled block above and to the left of the seat allows for the player to exit standing left of the seat. Removing that same block on the right doesn't change the behavior. It's as if the seat no longer supports exit to the rear or the right.
Should I pile on here or make a separate bug report for other cockpits also exhibiting similar behavior? Because some of the enclosed cockpits also spit the player out in ways they didn't do previously. Just another in a long list of undocumented changes that don't seem to make any sense. They mentioned they changed a cockpit that wasn't spawning with blueprints, but that cockpit seems to be one of the few that hasn't changed the way it ejects players. Why the others were changed when they were working fine, I'll never know.
I wish they'd make a way to configure which way the seat ejects. Maddening on HV's with open seats that have no pattern to where they eject you.
If they made each exit position something you could toggle, then make them all default on, it would be backward compatible.
I noticed that in when the SV is in space the player exits always inside the vessel, both while it is stopped somewhere random and when docked on a station or CV.
