Hi, After being warned last season already for the same thing, we found out that this season you did the exact same rule breaking Rule 5: DO NOT build proximity alert decoys only with Flares or other Devices, which have a bad render distance. Make sure to use regular blocks for them. DO NOT change the centre of your object by moving the core or other things away as well. The HUD marker needs to be directly bound to your object. You shifted the center of the HUD Marker way behind your vessel. In somecases in bases even below the ground. This is not allowed Rule 7 Vessels (CV, SV, HV): Floating turrets, devices, blocks, or any combinations thereof are not permitted. All devices and blocks of a vessel must be attached one to the other. Your vessels have turrets that are not connected to anything. This is not allowed either. As I said you where warned multiple times for this, last season and this season. You dont seem to listen to the warnings. So a permament ban it is.

Thank you. I ended up resetting my character. That said, I seemed to have lost them again for a second time. Are they supposed to drop on death? I had 9 them this time. I always pick up my entire pack, though. So I don't understand why they're disappearing. I lost them again today. Maybe about an hour or two ago? Can you check if they're still in my body?
They dont drop on player dead. They stay inside your backpack or quickbacr All your items before you died. All the items after you died. As you see the Explorer Tokens staid inside your backpack or quickbar. I will give you the tokens this time. But for next time make screenshots of your inventory. Without seeing those I will not award them again
Okay. Yeah, I noticed that they stayed in my backpack after I died, or they would stay on my quick bar. But the issue I was reporting is that they suddenly disappeared when I died. I noticed they were just gone and didn't stay on the quick bar upon death as they should have been. But thank you for restoring them. I appreciate it. With regard to screenshots, are you wanting me to take a screenshot of the tokens missing from my inventory next time? I totally could have done that. Sorry about that.
But then this is a bug and you need to write a propper bug report and not a support case What I did notice is that you die allot after eachother, this might be the bug why they disapeared. I am happy to write a proper bug report. But it was to my knowledge, that this was already a known issue by the developers. That is what I was told anyway. I'll still support it.
Hello, I recently reset my charecter, but negelected to change some of my vehicles/bases from private to faction before doing so, so now niether I nor my faction partner can acces them. Is it possible to get the core reste to faction or removed?
SOLVED Played on Official US server yesterday and while coming back to the planet the server glitched and the game crashed. After logging back in I was floating in space and my SV was orbiting on the other side of the planet. I died and have no resources to build another ship to retrieve my other one. Am I screwed? Any way to get my ship and it's cargo back? I have no way to get the ship ID that I'm aware of. Ship ID: 2516080 Base ID: 2646006

Hello Hello i am Charles, a returning gamer to emperion. i think gabasneijders in the game After 29 days I was doing well with my PVP Miner. But I made a very stupid mistake. I deconstructed my pilot seat close to a resource. so i cant replace the pilot seat After this I panicked and tried to replace my ship with the console. After 3 tries I got a block until 2108 this was yesterday so Yesterday i got a ban. Could you please undo this Ban.
