After enabling teleport in the console, shift+right click doesn't work in the galaxy map. Seems to work fine on the planet.

If you don't want to use CPU stuff from the workshop, I can think of a few fairly simple workarounds. 1. Launch creative mode. Remove CPU blocks....

I'm not really understanding the logic behind increasing CPU numbers for everything except bases, which actually went down... They were 'okay'...
Why did the numbers on T2 and T3 bases go down? At least leave them where they were. Those seemed pretty reasonable to me.
