I can manipulate my ship to land normally but once I turn off the power or get out it nose plants. This only started happening after I had to replace my destroyed Core. With how the ship orientatron etc works I can see things getting messed up. I've completely disassembled it now to build a new SV so... Problem solved?

I have the solution , you only need to add one more thruster upside , and when you try to land , no need to turn off the power , only you have to click "C" , if not working , check your controls ^^

No it was messed up from replacing the core (SV starter blocks have a flight direction so when I replaced my destroyed core I think something went wrong. I would lower with C to land but no matter what the ship would nose plant once I got out. Just made a new SV (http://empyriononline.com/threads/the-ship-sharing-thread.805/page-3#post-13223) tell me what you think!

I'm having the same issue. It's like there's some invisible block or something propping it up and I JUST built this SV in creative mode to make a Blueprint for it. I even tried adding a block to the underside for the landing gear to rest on. I left the core intact after I dropped it but I did remove the blocks around it to hollow out the frame and then replaced some blocks with trusses that were nearby. I then replaced the original hull blocks that wrap around the starter core and left two out. Those two front (corners) were cleared to make room for thrusters. That's when the problem started I believe.

So, I started testing. I removed the thrusters, reformed the hull blocks that wrap around the core, no change to ship lean.

I then removed the original core and moved it back one row and placed a new core. I then reformed the hull blocks that wrap around it. No change to ship lean.

I then opened my blueprints up and spawned a fresh ship... no lean. So it's got to be a bug that happens when you remove or modify the core, or starter base (hull blocks that wrap around the core.) We need to bug this and send saves to Empyrion.[IMG]
