Physical location of the server? Is it possible to stay in PvE zones forever or there's the 'rare resources in PvP zones only' thing?

The Physical location for the server is Dallas Texas. Rare ores can only be found in PvP. But since most players are noncombatant. Most will leave you alone unless engaged. I do have custom traders with custom things to get. Plus the area is safe to trade with other players and can be gotten to even a real low level. We do have 2 types of tracks. We want to start hosting HV racing and motor bike racing with grand prizes in both. We do have a safe home planet to build your base on. Getting back to the rare ores, the real threat is not the players themselves. But the hostile aliens, drones and the wildlife. If enough players interested, I would like to start having dog fights with sv. But they would be in a controlled event. Like we would BP all sv and spawn them for the players. The only thing a player would have to provide would be ammo. But getting the players interested is the first step. Anyway you are more than welcome to join.
