Thank you so much! As soon as the Ship was ready I packed up and was gone:D.
First image I got from "Homeworld":

I only noticed that two small Generators or to weak to move the ship efficiently. The Power usage reached 179% at lift off from the Arid Planet and 159% while flying straight over the Swamp Planet. So I found a space within the ship and placed a 3rd small Generator. Power usage still red but only 106%. maybe some cargo boxes less and one more Generator instead;).

Mabye 1 T1 Generator, rather than 3 small Generators?
    If there is space?

Just finished my new SV today. It's a blockade-running cargo hauler: The FA-017 Atlas.
Has many cargo boxes in the hold and if it's ever possible, is meant to land on and pick up larger crates in future. Otherwise it works perfectly fine for normal combat and POI raiding. No zascosium or erestrum, so it's easy to make earlier on.
It's a rusty old tub, but she's reliable.

No place at all... at least not yet. also I just reached lvl 11 so I can't build a T1 Generator yet.
Took a sweet picture of Homeworld:)

Sometimes I miss the green border. Rarely, but today was one of those rare moments. I couldn't figure out why I mystically couldn't drill past a certain point. Thought I was getting too close to a POI. Then I went to an abandoned POI that I hadn't looted yet and I could drill near that. So I went the long way around the cluster of POI I had been tunneling near previously. So far I have been able to get fairly close to those POI. I haven't punched through to them yet because I am not ready to take them on. I am just testing my theory that it was the invisible barrier where the world wraps around. However, this means the entrance to my tunnel is on the side furthest from my base.

To put this in context, I am still on the starting world (SP), never ventured into space yet. I was curious how much I could do just from the loot and resources here.

My plan had been to hit this cluster of POI in the following manner. Take down the closest two POI from tunnels underneath. In addition to killing the cores to kill the turrets, I would be looking for magnesium. Magnesium for rockets. Depending on how many rockets, if any, I could build would determine if I hit the next two from tunnels or from the surface. Tunneling is tedious and boring after all. If there wasn't much magnesium, I would make a decision whether I hit the drone base from tunnels or the surface, as the drone base rounds out this cluster of five POI. All this to clear a straight path between my base and the radar station. Yes, I still have those story missions to complete. I suppose I could ignore this cluster of POI and go around them. I did just drive my mining HV around all this just to test that these POI must be near the invisible boundary--it would explain why drone attacks come from the other direction instead of what appears to be the shortest route.

But now that I am tunneling under the cluster from the opposite direction, I might change my plan to hit at least four of them from below instead of just the first two only if I could manage it. I will have dug the tunnel under all of them now, just so I can get at the two closest to my base. Part of me is curious though. How wide is the zone you cannot drill? I am guessing it is wide enough that I won't be able to connect my tunnels. This is my first time hitting the invisible wall while mining so I really don't know much about this. I don't remember an issue when the green wall existed, probably because I could see where the problems existed.

Yeah, this invisible Status of the Green Border is sometime real annoying. When I try to find it I fly with a SV or CV, my Head slightly tilted to the left, to see when the "Base Building forbidden"- sign goes off.
Btw., I did not start the RP on my Arid Planet. I only stayed there long enough until I could built a CV and leave for the Swamp planet. Where I finally arrived, today.;)

Unfortunately I’ve got some sad news.

Project Arrow has been officially suspended.

Despite the fact that I tried multiple ways to stabilise a rail system for the carriage. I wasn't able to. The fact is that it just keeps getting stuck every few blocks and therefore renders it very unreliable, but the basic concept does work. So I’ll revisit at later date. “After the devs invent the wheel.”
    20181020173836_1.jpg

But the project Arrow was supposed to bring something like this into Empyrion.

But another note one failure isn’t going to stop me.

So I’d like to announce my next project “ALCAM00-1XA”

You’re just going to love this. :p

Thank you for giving the ship a try! I left room up forward for contingencies so I'll move things to accommodate a T1.

I had better luck with a monorail design instead of a suspended carriage. Check out my monorail car and the subway track on Nexus Station. Maybe it will give you some ideas.

Here's the T-1 gen version of Omaha Proto. Lots of power now with overhead for future additions. The small generators are gone. There is a 1 x 2 void just outboard of the warp generator if you need space for something that size. It seemed better to start with too many cargo boxes while figuring out the right number. That way the excess ones can be replaced with something more useful. ;)

That's an amazing build. I think that it was a WIP the last time I saw it. Great work!

I think gravity is playing a role since I noticed that the bottom of the car keeps catching on the lower rails first and then it gets stuck. Have you tried building your mono rail car on a planet?

Ya. That's where I first tested it. It seemed to do ok. Like I said I didn't have any luck with suspended carriages or regular tracks but the monorail track seemed to work to guide it without it getting caught on stuff too much. I worked on the spacing and design to give it as smooth a ride as I could. Once you raise it up a bit you can just hit forward and it will go. Too low and it snags. Too high and you're not being guided by the track.

Course I only tested in on a straight track, no curves.

Did some more work on the Syndicate Casino. This is the main area:

    Dance floor:

And here's part of the secret area upstairs you'll have to fight through to get to the command center to unlock the downstairs vault. The doors on the left are locked with a code you have to find from other pirate bases, making this a multi-step encounter. The vault will contain several hundred thousand credits worth of money cards and gold so hopefully the entire thing will be worth it for people to do.

That's a well thought out POI. Looks like a challenging target, too.

Made a little brother for the Atlas today: The FA-018 Thunderbolt
This one's a fighter though. No pressurized internal compartments. It's all warp drive (space), fuel tanks, oxygen tanks and RCS... oh so many RCS...
Pre-geared for early game so it can be made from starter materials, then upgraded later on down the track with bigger guns, stronger thrusters, warp drive, etc... space and slots have been left for future improvements.

Thank you! The idea is that it looks like a normal neutral admin POI at first glance, but if you look around a little you'll notice clues that will hint that you can rob the vault. One of the NPCs will give you the access code to a maintenance shaft and advice on what you need to assault the vault. Perhaps other POIs will give some hints as well. I want to make it a secret but I don't want it to be impossible to discover.

Now I'm twice as impressed. That's a solid quest, creating it within the current limitations is a real accomplishment! I doff my hat.

Uh this sounds interesting, and like you'd be preparing a Scenario, or at least a set of POI's…
