Added a security station to the Millenium, along with prisoner holding and a quarantine room. Also added a new side corridor that access the port shuttlebay between the main hull and the port engine pod/nacelle. Of course, I also added a dozen or more fully furnished rooms, but they're small and boring and not worth showing. (more crew quarters, another mess hall, kitchen, showers and toilets, store rooms, etc...) Holding Cells (Still no lights on this deck) The Quarantine Room. And this is the port shuttle bay. There's an empty one on the starboard side as well, but I haven't gotten that far. It has two hangar doors that when closed are flush with the surrounding external hull. I also found a Jedi temple where I learned the power to perform Jedi mindtricks.
It seems if @Vermillion "teases" not only new Doors and Wall-Sections but also new building Blocks, like those that forming the arches in the Holding Cell pictures
Wait a second... Aren't those in Experimental? They should be by this point. I'm sure everyone's using those doors and arches by now. I seem to have made a mistake... You see nothing. *Uses the force*
Now since someone's PM'd me about why it's taking so long to fill up my ship, i'm gonna show everyone why my ship is taking months to finish. This is one of TWO central corridors that run half the length of the ship on the middle decks. That's right, there are two of these corridors on each deck with multiple rooms off both sides. Keep in mind these corridors do not go into the Engineering section of the ship, which occupies about 30% of the total interior space of the ship. By the way, the ship is a few meters under half a kilometer long. There are I believe 6 middle decks, with another 3 upper decks on top of the ship and a cargo bay and ground craft hangar below the middle decks. The above screenshot is on the Middle Deck 5 port corridor just over half-way along it. And this is all unfinished empty space that occupies the front 40% of the ship that still needs to be filled. The two bottom middle decks are also empty except for their corridors. Fortunately, the above area will have few rooms and will mostly contain fictional weapons systems, pipes, cables, etc... Those pair of elevators with the stairs around them run from the administration area and forward hangar at the furthest point that the middle deck corridors reach. Note: Despite being a battleship, it has 8 hangars: 2 medium hangars on the upper decks at the rear, 1 large hangar on the front main deck accessible from the admin area, 2 large hangars behind each engine pod, one huge one on the underside of the ship and 2 tiny ones for escape crafts at the base of the above elevators. You could fit 3 of the average players' CVs inside the engineering section alone. You can, and I have driven HVs down the central corridors. There are even ramps between decks that can fit most small HVs without issue. You can literally drive in through the cargo bay and out through the forward top deck hangar.
Just updated my Project Eden test scenario with a few new moons, including one of @GravelSmith's playfields!
Empyrion really needs to fix its errr... light-shadows from moons and nearby planets. It always ruins my view whenever I see a moon casting a ray of light from an object instead of a shadow since there's no atmosphere to produce that effect in space.
