Already answered your questions several times, including in this thread: https://empyriononline.com/threads/help-with-solar-system-gen.48677/ You need to reset deposits manually via console command (or possibly by using EAH). And if you want more planets, you need to edit your solarsystemconfig.yaml file, or just download a custom scenario off the workshop.
Could you tell me what the command is? Zero to use a command but I do not know if you use the correct one to restore the deposits, I thought you could touch the time directly from some file but if you can with a much more comfortable command, thanks for your response.

No you cant. Deposits have no regeneration timers If you a server owner you can use EAHs timetable what is useing our concole wipe commands
