Interesting. Some musings... First space ship in 2452, then a full military fleet? What terrified the UCH so much they went from unarmed (presumably) experimental ship to a full combat squadron? Where did all the space stations come from, if the Hyperion "was the first spaceship build[sic]"? What information is there about the find in Antarctica? What type of government is the UCH? How is the UCH able to keep such a big set of secrets? Hiding a spaceship is pretty much impossible; we detect inert black balls of rock all the time, a big shiny heat source is trivial . What does the world think about a combat squadron floating around the solar system? Who is paying for all of this and how are they hiding the money? Also... we need more lore Just as an aside, I'm a huge fan of getting lore through game artefacts, i.e. finding stuff in the game, e.g. in databases, crashed ships, logs, containers etc. Building up a "lore" database is another great way to generate game play. I am hoping to be able to add more of the lore in the game with the upcoming dialogue system. And the UCH...yeah..they are absolutely scared as things are not entirely like they might seem to be...
Small point, if I may? I believe the word is "authenticate" , not "authentify". Just trying to help maintain authenticity in terminology.
I recall a very similar recording in game, but i believe the "Council's Trust" was in some other names, one of which was very familiar, but maybe the Unstable Warp Field is also affecting my memory. Seriously, it is nice to see that this dialogue did make it into the game proper. I am guessing that is also the case with the other Dialog marked "Lore"?
