The Rockhound is one of the standard blueprints. It works fine EXCEPT that it always lands tipped to the left side. It does this if i land on perfectly level terrain and whether I force it down or just turn off the power while hovering. It hovers level just fine. I see nothing sticking out the bottom on he right side or anything. Any ideas why?
Check if Cargo Boxes or Fuel tanks are uneven distributed. If it sports a Shield look where the Pentaxid tank sits. Something seems to bring it off balance. I had the same issue with a HV from the Workshop a while ago. You can also try to contact the owner/constructor of the BP.
Sounds like the weight isn't balanced evenly between the devices so the Center of Mass is off to the left.
I'm assuming you meant the ZeroG Rockcharger, not the rockhound? There is no rockhound in the default blueprints. If you meant the Rockcharger then the blueprint itself is the problem. It wasn't built symmetrically and balanced at all. On one side of the blueprint it has a storage with 826 volume (not centered or balanced) and on the other side of the blueprint there is a storage with 125 volume (also not centered and therefore not balanced). It was built to fail from the very beginning. The craft is only balanced if you never put anything in the storages, and as soon as you do it will tip to one side. The blueprint really should be redone. There are quite a few default blueprints that aren't built all that well.
