Find { +Block Id: 1594, Name: HullCombatSmallBlocks and { +Block Id: 1595, Name: HullCombatFullSmall AllowPlacingAt: "GV", display: true -> AllowPlacingAt: "GV,SS", display: true (Might be others, just did a really quick scan…) Then do similar thing for HV turrets and you can have flying tank
So they are all setup to offset the basic hardness of 15 and the extra HP of the hard and combat blocks? - ugh! And folks were only wondering why railguns were useless... Hmm - this has made me think of something else - Zirax mini gun trooper shredding bases made out of combat steel. Something else to look into I guess.
Is there a custom setting anywhere that ca be altered to reduce the power consumption of teleporters?
I was engaged in planning the interiors and completely forgot that it is necessary to equip the ship with teeth before that ... because it can affect the layout .... at night the ship brings down my justice for Zirax
I really enjoyed Shadows of Starlight when it first came out, will probably give it a go in 12... but I never really took to the Mobile Commando Base you spawn in. It just reminded me of a pineapple. So I replaced it:
fffff it is difficult to place weapons and turrets so as not to disrupt the appearance of the hull ... while getting firepower ... but it seems I coped with the task =) some rockets and plasma for space combat little bit cannons and machine guns for fighting in the atmosphere he he he (c) Grunt Mass Effect p.s. until you look at the appearance, still in work I'm talking about textures and colors, etc.
New game, new adventure ... New challenges ?? Nuevo juego, nueva aventura...Nuevos desafíos?? He brought friends and they joined the party! Trajo amigos y se unieron a la fiesta!
Today I mostly finished up part 1 of a major end game exploration focused mission for my scenario. No pictures because it's top secret UCH material.
Nice It reminds me of one of a drop pod style starter base I used to make in space engineers, but it was actually a ship that could be dropped from orbit and slowed with parachutes (no thrusters). I tried doing similar in this once and ended up with this abomination of a porta-cabin type thing that is actually a CV (intended to be mostly on the ground), but it ends up being huge because of the ramp.
If I start telling how tired I am of trying to make a cool ship without getting beyond the limits ... then I can’t do without hard words .... the interior is ready for painting and textures
Don't talk to me about that - I've just had yet another frustrating time of getting utterly pissed off CPU again - this time mid game T3 SVs. I always seem to end up needing a extra k or so for the end result to be worth building at all.
Well, I have a T4 ship, the problem is not in the CPU, but in keeping within the framework of the weight, at least some strength, speed, functionality, and at the same time it’s still good + - it looked and fit into the size class ... Ah yes! !! still to take off with full holds and docked SV and HV with gravity 4.17g ....
Did a lot of work on my CV, finally sorted out the internal lights and hooked them all to a motion sensors, decorated and textured the rooms and corridors and then decided it's a good time to try and downgrade her to T3... only to find out I kinda got carried away. It's just so darn big dragging it down to T3 would seriously gimp the ship, more than I expacted and planned. So I decided to go the other way and added thrusters and RCSs. The only thing I will need to update after building it will be weapons. Instead of spawning the big CV for T3 vessel, I decided to build the planetary lander CV in a way I can shift it's function from mid game exploratory CV to lander CV after I get the big one spawned. The only thing I have to do now is the signal logic, then I can declare it finished... took long enough already anyway and I still have to design the smaller CV and give a small facelift to my other vessels to fit in with the theme I developed for the CV. Oh, and, it has a name. VCS Víðarr of Víðarr Mk.III class.
today i rebuild 2 of my tanks - idk why but the enemy bases feels a littlebit too hard right now?! Oo
There's a very simple solution... turn off CPU and mass/volume until if and whenever they fix them. I won't enable them in any game until m/v properly only affects acceleration and CPU incorporates a management system- including a tier increase level that doesn't resemble a hockey stick graph...
You know, yes, as I already made a ship =) I’m sitting here decorating. The question is that for some reason the size class depends not only on the mass and size, but also on the availability of light sources ... and it just infuriates me. Yesterday, I gladly arranged a bunch of lighting on the ship, went into the statistics and saw the size class 7.3 ... after that I had to tidy up almost all the lighting and yet I fit into the restriction on the size class 5
Finally finished the CV! Everything is in place, devices, textures, sensors, signal logic etc! My plan to make it T3 upgreadable to T4 have failed miserably, since I got carried away and make it too big, but hey, whataver, I have succeeded in making a nice and functional PVE CV. Yay me. For comparision, here is a screenshot of the new Víðarr Mk.III with my previoust largest build, Víðarr Mk.II. I'd like to think I improved a lot (and yes they are both named Víðarr. Whenever I create a ship with a specific role in mind I give it a name and then, when I make a new version or a new, better ship for the same purpose, the name carries over, and the blueprint gets assigned a version number. The spawned ship itself is named always the same, "VCS Víðarr"). Edit - typos, grammar. Doh.
