Today I was thinking of what to do with all those items I gathered from many ship wreckages. Then... I found myself a shiny planet in a new solar system. By accident I landed in a little land spot with a majestic view. Two lakes and the sea. What else could I ask for? So it began... The decision to be in harmony with nature and not to harm the soil was a hard one but it did compensate in the end. There's a lot to do inside and painting this lady will be another challenge. There's still room to improve. Space inside is huge and there's even a natural garden from the invading earth. Did I say 'invading'? I mean caressing. After working like a dog all day, the sofa is a good friend.
Today I.... spent most of my time chasing after and retrieving my SV, that simply does not like to stick to my CV, but would rather bail out at the point where I entered a planet - and usually doesn't get noticed until I'm 3-4 star systems away. :-/
@Fractalite I've never played MP EGS. I think I'm kinda scared of other people screwing my peace of mind from past experiences. Haha
LOL nope had to get my HV to the top of the hill. That's where I plan on making my base at. With all the wood around I made good use of it.
Didn't have too long so did a little exploring with my brother and found a cool planet with a lot of Pentaxid: Also finished the Object 82 mission and some Black Desert planets we can raid later.
мы такое делали на ледяном стартере, только из бетона we did this on an ice starter, only from concrete
---eng--- yep, agree with that. I have some plastic CV, HV and SVs. Like this one from June 2019: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1787070590 After the Zirax, probably only with Minguns, simply shot away from the battle steel blocks. I decided to build some things out of plastic. It weighs a lot less and I don't need any RCS, which uses a lot of CPU. For that, I can take a shield generator with me. The container extensions are also suitable as a cover. However, they again need a lot of CPU, but if you need them anyway ... Perhaps this forum is unsuitable for the following questions (then please just ignore it). I didn't really want to open a new thread for this. Unfortunately, my Googel skills leave a lot to be desired. I seem to lack the logical understanding to use the correct search terms: Since Alpha 12, I think my scenario has stopped working. Global signals cause spam of error messages (signals with *, e.g. * Open Gate). What should these signals look like now? Is there a list of the correct YAML terms for the factions etc? - Type: BA_Alien Faction: Alien There are now pirates and other factions besides alien. I played less Empyrion today and looked for answers without success.
Not sure what you are looking for, but you can try looking in " Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Content\Configuration\FactionWarfare.ecf " for these names.
^^ But what he does not know is, that he will be killed by Zirax or other predators I'm still testing all three POIs
Finally got my PC back from the shop, so I can dump the old potato. Let's see, i've updated a dozen POIs for 1.0 and ran particle trials for Reforged Galaxy 1.0, which produced the best-looking explosion effects and smoke I could manage with what's available. No, it's not self-destructing. It's being hit by a barrage of missiles. An unrealistic amount, so don't worry about your FPS with the real thing.
Today while stress testing the USSF Oracle I got into a fight. I was a bit surprised, since the Oracle has something like 6 kills under her belt at this point, with no damage taken. This enemy was an Imerat Class Destroyer, and I'm pretty sure she's already killed one of them. I'm wondering if there are multiple different versions of Orbital Patrol Vessels of the same name that are tougher than others, or I just got a bit less lucky this time. She's not built for combat by any means, but I haven't finished a combat CV yet. Now I need to mull over if I'm gonna move things around to get the med bay deeper in the ship, at the loss of it being directly on the path to the bridge for quick patch ups after returning from a mission. One of the goals of this ship was to keep all the important playthrough stuff easily accessible so I wasn't jetpacking all over the place. Clearing the ship got a bit hairy. This was after I multitooled the door from the core room, and there were about another dozen in the hallway beyond. On the bright side, that giant hole into the med bay made getting healed up real easy. I'm also now thinking of making a new repair base that the Oracle will fit in, because this looks a bit... silly.
