Fixed Issue with Signal Logic on TSO_Variant2

    Summary: Signal logic is triggering when trap switch is off causing "predator" type assault cyborgs to always be in station

    Description: TSO_Variant2 Trading Station has a core trap switch in the core room. On The public eden server we're playing on the assault cyborgs are always spawned even when the switch is off. This occurs with multiple factions depending on what faction the station is spawned with. Cycling the switch on triggers the spawn pad again. unable to determine if cycling the switch back off again causes them to stop.

    Steps to Reproduce: It appears a version of this station always spawns in Delta system at Trade station Delta in the eden scenario, but it is an unmodified POI and is present in the default game under various factions. Most commonly in my experience in Traders Guild space. Entering the station causes hostile assault cyborgs to spawn even without triggering the trap switch on the core. TXsignal is called Coretrap, Assault Cyborgs are of predator faction and will shoot at the player regardless of faction with the station. Reports from other players indicate this happens wherever this station is spawned.

    EDIT: found the same station in a default, non eden, singleplayer game and was able to reproduce. This is unrelated to the prjoect eden scenario and is a POI in the default game. The issue is with "on" signal logic being used on the switch to trigger the spawn pad. video:

    Yes this is a default POI. Project Eden doesn't even contain the blueprint for it so it's taken from the game's default files. I came here to report this issue as well in a newly generated star system (on an existing save) with the same blueprint.
    That's a lot of cyborgs.

    Yep, sorry my edit wasnt that clear. Ill update it better. We've been plagued with it in Eden but I was able to recreate it in a default game as it is a default station. The issue is with the "On" Signal logic. Seems that it will still trigger if the switch is off. This is in an attempt to prevent the trap from being disabled once enabled, but it doesnt appear to work.

    Love the scenario too btw :)

    Summary: Traders still attacking when in Trade Station POI

    Description: While having friendly or better repetition with the Traders, they still attack you. Was able to get Honored with the Traders to be able to trade with them and went to their trading station and soon as I teleported to it they started attacking even with being honored with them.

    Steps to Reproduce: Vist a trader station with any level of repetition with them and they will attack no matter what trader trade station you teleport/visit

    Summary: Despite having positive reputation i get shot at by the attack cyborgs.

    Description: Upon entering of the upper floor with the traders in them several cyborgs spawn and start shooting at me. I have "honored" reputation with the Polaris. It also seems this is the only station this ever happens in. This does not influence my reputation with the Polaris faction at all.

    Steps to Reproduce: Go from one of the landing pads into the station and travel the elevator blocks upwards. Upon arriving in the trading hall you got about 10-20 seconds until they start shooting.

    How does the screenshot proves that you have positive status with Polaris?

    The bug is that the cyborgs are predator faction and spawned when they shouldn't be.

    So technically not a bug but a "misconstructed" POI? Am i able to kill them off without angering the owners? Will they respawn endlessly?

  11. Your original question assumed they were attempting to show they were honored with the screenshot.

    More likely the screenshot is to show the correct spawn name of the POI blueprint. It had nothing to do with showing reputation (nor do they have to prove it at all). The bug can be reproduced 100% of the time already so no need to show reputation.
    The POI is set up incorrectly and needs fixed. They showed everything necessary already.

    Prefab "TSO Variant2" is showed correctly in the screenshot since they activated the DI command.
    That's all the info the devs need to look at the blueprint file and see that it has spawners set incorrectly (which it does have incorrect spawners set).

    Type: Global / Trader POI

    Summary: Our group is Friendly with [TRA] so I travelled to a star on the edge of their space and visited a dedicated POI trade station. In a [TRA] dedicated POI I was initially able to talk with two merchants and noticed offhand there were the usual [TRA] aligned assault droids walking around the floor. I clicked with empty hand equipped on a third merchant and instantly was killed. I sent in my drone to recover my items and review the situation. There was still 1 [TRA] aligned Assault droid across the room, but there were 8 Assault droids standing on my items. They were aligned with the Predator group, had no alignment indicator but the usual orangish yellow name tag I see for Predator creatures.

    As of B3075 any new version of this being spawned should be ok now.
    If it still appears in any playfields with the previous version wipe the playfield for poi's via the wipe command:
    wipe PlayfieldName poi

    then for SP exit the save game & reload back into it & MP exit the server & restart the server then rejoin.
