Comment on Blast Doors v1_7

Its not a bug as such - More of a comment

I had been Using The Blast Doors as Elevators - to push me (and raptors) around Poi(s)
but Since 1.7 (or could be a newer computer)
They don't so much as push you - as Rip through your guts and kill you
(had to convert one high G POI to use Portals instead)

and probably a non-approven use of Blast Doors.

I'm ashamed that I didn't think of this unsanctioned used of Blast Door blocks. Now I have to try it....

 

Maybe the change in behavior came with the ability to crouch...

 

Which begs the question: what happens if your character crouches on the blast door before it "lifts"? (That could be accomplished via a delay circuit.)

 

Getting squashed like a Bug between the Hammer and the Anvil..

 

It's the fact they block npc's that i'm not keen on :|

 

Been using blast doors as elevators in a few POIs for a while, but AI pathing still doesn't let them cross open blast doors.
