If applicable: MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: no Reproducibility: always Severity: major Type: global, stuck in Tutorial Summary: stuck on vessel at tutorial quest "Piloting at CV" Description: enter the hangar at cv, type c for proper landing the vessel at place 1 (look at screenshot), then press y for power off the vessel, then press f for leaving the vessel, then the char stands on the vessel and cant move. Not a single move is possible, can't go, can't jump, the only thing I can do is: press f for entering the vessel again (or press F4 or the tab key etc.). Mission stuck. Tutorial stuck. Not funny. Maybe I'm to silly to know, how I can jump down from my vessel, but leave the vessel with f and then press wasd to move works fine on the planet, so why doesnt it work on the hangar cv? Steps to Reproduce: 1) reload savegame -> stuck again 2) reload savegame before leaving the planet, do the quest steps until I land the vessel at hangar cv, land with c, power off with y, leave vessel with f, stuck again 3) delete all cache files, load a savegame befor leaving the planet, do the quest steps, land with c, press y for power off, press f for leaving the vessel, stand on my vessel, can't move my char, stuck again 4) try to land the vessel on several spots at the hangar, nope, when I leave the vessel with f (after powering off with y), the char stand on it and cant move, stuck again 5) get rid of all the things in my inventory, maybe I'm overloaded, but no, still the char doesn't move Screenshots, Crash Logs, any other Relevant Information or Download links: savegame + log file (zip): https://www.transfernow.net/dl/202201058bXgaRUM screenshot:
That is the solution. I didn't know there was a jet pack at all. I don't remember reading anything about it, the amount of information in the tutorial is also pretty overwhelming. Also there is no information about gravity onboard this ship. I had really no idea. Sorry for that. I finished the tutorial. Thank you very much for your help. This thread can be closed.
