I've cleared the cache and even deleted and reinstalled from steam but the issue persists.

I've figured out where the issue is!
I disconnected my network, tethered my mobile phone and used that to download the server packages (it took ages), I can now connect as expected.
I suspect my ISP/internet connection is at fault, I'll chase Vodafone if the issue persists.

Hi, i play in EU Eleon Oficial server.
I switched between server and creative mode a few times to test the max turrets that are allowed for a CV.
Now I'm banned for a year and I don't know why?

I misunderstood the token menu and after opening the "!token" menu, I put all my tokens in it and closed it. I can't get my tokens back because the !token command is single use.


Is there any way to get them back?

Die multiple time on starting for oxigen....there`s not oxigen in the planet......

 

there`s some one still in charge for support?

so basically i`m in mato with out armor and oxigen....keeping dying for oxigen, any suggestion?

update.

ok i menage to find the armor, and wear it before die.....please refill the o2 tank in mato starting point and make sure ther`s oxigen on, otherwise newbye will die and leave for good

 

I am playing on eleon official server US. I was scavenging a crashed capitol vessel that was underwater east of my skunk works base and putting the proceeds in my explorer 2 capital vessel container. I started getting an eac fault/message that was like incompatible box or blocks and only gave me the option to quit. I tried a few times to log on hoping to get mod or admin help and now I cannot log on due to being banned for a year. I really need some help to resolve my issue please. My user name is Zorin.

Hello again Taelyn. So the problem still exists after you unbanned me. When I log into official egs US sight I get eac message that I wrote down this time. EAC has detected an integrity problem Unknown File Version (content\bundles\models2)
1. A faction member gave me a ship that is in my skunks works hanger bay. I believe he said that he built it sometime ago maybe in a different version and spawned it. A few days later he gave it to me. It's been sitting in my hanger for a couple days with no problem. I think it was called bumble bee. If this is a problem then please delete it if possible.
2. The problem started when I was getting steel plates from the Crashed Capital Vessel directly east of my skunk works base. The items I got from the Crashed Capital Vessel are in the cargo container of my Explorer 2 capital Vessel. Those can also be deleted without a problem if you think it might be the cause of this fault.
I won't try logging in again until you have a chance to look at it just to make sure I don't get banned again.

So.. would you give me a little push please .. what files and where would I look. Also if push came to shove would I lose my progress if I had to uninstall and reinstall the game?

Just jumped back on to say files are now verified and the game is working .. thank you so much

 

* I was on Vanilla
* I was building a Ship Called "Low Budget Warp"
* 8pm est ISH
*The ship finished and was in the built list.
* The server restarted. When I logged back in to spawn the ship is is no longer in the factory. The materials I used to build it are gone.
