Every one of your screenshots show that you are in a 'No-Build'-Zone which actually means that you can't neither build nor Mine there. There is a Zone that runs north South where the Playfield is 'wrapped' around the Planet. You may see it on the Planatary Map as a grayed out Zone. Its where you seem to have this Problems ( hence the notification to try it further east or west).
Thanks for the answer, understood, I didn't know that such a no-build-zone zone exist. Bad luck to me because of gold there i cannot mine. Gold is very seldom it should spawn somewhere else not in such zone. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
