You can build the motorbike, equip it to your toolbar and place it, though it appears as the hoverbike in survival. In Tutorial it appears as the motorbike when you place it, but the game throws an error. I'm pretty sure they mentioned this as known in the change logs. My guess (if they didn't say it specifically) is the changes to the item names and icons will come in one of the next EXP versions before going public.
They mentioned icons, yes, not names. However the issue here is the packaged motorbike model (I'm assuming they don't have a model for a packaged hoverbike or haven't enabled it), plus the motorbike still spawning in the tutorial and causing an error.
Also the tutorial video still shows the player riding the motorbike, but we can assume they'll fix that later too.
This is a forum for reporting bugs, it isn't for people to complain about the game. All I did was report what I perceived to be bugs, I'm not complaining.
