In my case CV pilot seat ejects me right on top of it. Screenshot 1. Manipulations showed by removing crew members or replacing them with deco consoles behavior changes to normal Screenshot 2. In my SV Open Cockpit and Open Cockpit 2 ejects me into it and I stuck Screenshot 3 and Screenshot 4. Before update it ejected me behind it. There is interior on Screenshot 5. Also there was a problem with Open Cockpit 2 before update. It eject outside of ship in case of use thin blocks and glass on top of its back side. I had to replace them with blocks on Screenshot 6. Update for SV Open Cockpit 2. It want eject me to to central block on the left side of it. If this area blocked it eject you inside the cockpit. Before 1.10.5 update in case left side of cockpit was blocked it ejected you to the back of cockpit or outside of the build in case glass or thin blocks were on top or top left side of open cockpit 2.
I made test stand to that reproduce problem. Blueprint Attached. Left seat have clear exit. Right seat eject inside it and you stuck.
Addition: SV Open Cockipt (3x1x3) eject behind on undocked ships and trying to eject you on the left side when SV is docked. If left side is blocked you stuck inside cockpit. Reproducible on this SV: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2961618411
