It always gives error. Culture is showing tr-TR on logs. I tried to reinstall English system and everything works fine. But, even if you make Turkish locale settings on English windows system it gives error on speaking with the lead researcher on UCH ships. In this case ofcourse you can not finish mission like surveying the starter systems. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Make the host systems locale to Turkish (You don't need to change entire system language. Just locale format settings even does it) 2) Go to UCH ship, try to speak with lead researcher and click on any option afterward Screenshots, Crash Logs, any other Relevant Information or Download links:

Yes I am playing a Reforged Eden Scenario, but it is happening on vanilla solo game too. I will test/reproduce it on vanilla game too and post the log here.
