Adding the SharedDataURL line to dedicated_eah.yaml caused our server's EAH to display errors instead of allowing the Functions | Config | Server button to operate. See my report in the "Bugs" forum. EAH is also logging errors whenever it is started, but only if SharedDataURL is present. It seems EAH needs updating to understand this new configuration string.
Hello, is there a solution for singleplayer ? I'm stupidly hitting the 500 MB limit and Steam refuses to update my scenario. How else is this supposed to work with other large scenarios? I play singleplayer with a modified version of RE 2 in a separate folder that is not updated by Steam - Nevertheless, I had several new item icons and possibly in my Savegame and more which I did not notice although. I have not set up a SharedFolder how can that be ?
This isnt a solution to go over the 500 mb upload limit. No scenario can go past that This is to download the data faster in MP when players connect to a server
What would be cool is if this Google Cloud option had a graceful failover to the traditional download method in case the Google version gets out of sync with the server, and then it issued a warning to the logs and to EAH, rather than breaking the server outright if something gets out of sync.
