Well by now u might have noticed that I build ships because my head is overflowing with ideas (thankfully i do something somewhat alike for a living) It's a prestige CV, and atm I'm arming it to it's teeth and arranging the interior of the ship. it's kinda a "prestige" ship, but I really do like it, in most ways more than my other CV's . if you wanna compare sizes it measures:

Agreed... I hope that 'if' was just an unfortunate choice of wording... Totally a possibility that the Alpha might not make it out as scheduled & might get a little delayed if some kinda Issue(s) prove stubborn to iron out but I most certainly hope there's 0 chance of it getting outright Cancelled...
Can live with a delay, but if they cancel it i would most definitely hang myself!!! what should I do with my sparetime then? spend time with the wife and kids? i think not..... work on the house? naaahhh..... do my job for once? NEVER!! they'd better not cancel it!
all done with my new jewel, my personal CV Frigate/battlecruiser - contains everything that I need and a lot more, also got 2 large areas preserved for "new stuff" if anything should come around. and kept the "matching" sv The blueprint I'll keep to myself for the time being. (sorry if the pic's are a bit dark)
can't help myself.....awaiting the alpha and I know there'll be a lot more block types (materials) when it comes... but ships i gotta build. so 2 fighters it is... 1 heavy armored yet quite slim fighter 1 a little bigger with great maneuverability both contains multiple large fuel tanks, two ammo boxes and at least 1 o2 tank for the cockpit. and for the first time (in my builds) they are usable in first person mode
I love flying in 1st Person Mode, frankly everything in 1st Person Mode. Feels so much more Immersive.
"almost" only needs a paintjob...naaah that's a lie, more or less only the exterior that's done. but it's my first ship build in the alpha
Latest creation and the first since Alpha hit and we got to play with new textures and paint colours! The Terrastar FSS-32 Voidhawk: It's designed as purely a space superiority fighter so nothing other than a fuel tank and a couple of ammo boxes, all hidden by armour as much as possible on the underside where they're out the way. I've left off any landing gear/docking pads but usually I have one on the top just behind the cockpit and the ship is attached to a downward-facing arm on a space station or carrier.
Just a new small fighter I've been using/adjusting (1 Missile launcher, 2 Gatling guns, fully equipped inside for survival). Small size is built for CV storage ease.

Considering I pirate and plunder the POI's... it seemed fitting to have something similar to skull and crossbones on black.
Speaking of Skull & Crossbones... It seems surprising such didn't make it into the first batch of Symbols.
my first fighter (the venomfighter) that got added as one of RCG's official fighters just got a modified alpha twin original VF is the coloured one... gonna do the direct update of the original tomorrow or something. the new (called VF-V3) got better protected weapons, easier acces to cockpit, fuel and o2 tanks, but they are still protected. more thrust power, which is also needed because of the extra weight from the hardened steel that now makes the entire hull added protection blocks behind the front weapons. the V3 is ½ (1) block higher than the old one, 3 blocks shorter and 2 blocks less in width. also it's more usable in first person.
and then there were 3... got a request to update the original venomfighter to alpha status. as shown: - the original venomfighter = V1 - the upgraded version with new material and more thrusters to compensate + more gun protection (and better acces to o2tank) = V2 - and then there's the previous displayed V3.
