Hi, you want the ability to toggle mouse on
I quickly had an issue with that also, and fixed it, get autohotkey from autohotkey.com, little down the page the scite editor is good, then just this:

+^l:: ;just press shift ctrl L to turn on, press left mouse to turn off
Click Down
return
