I have an R9 270. Great card. I recommend finding a 2gB DDR5 version, as the 4gB will have had to sacrifice some speed to get the extra 2gB in there. For 4gB, I recommend an R9 380.
Also, depending on your cpu, getting too high-powered of a card would result in diminishing returns due to bottleneck, so def stick with a 2gB R9 270, or 2gB GTX750 Ti
That does look like a good one. My current GPU is a PowerColor, but I had a Sapphire HD6850 previously that worked excellently, so I think it's a good choice in brand. Some reviews are saying it runs a bit hot, but that seems to be the norm for most AMD components. Hasn't been an issue for me yet, though.
Holy wow! After a lot of work from Mom & I, i've qualified for SSI... It's lookin like i'm gonna be able to get my new Computer Build done in the future now! :D
One area I could use some help in... SSDs... my current build uses a 1TB normal HDD, 1TB SSDs are still sick expensive.
I've heard of people using a normal Drive for normal storage & a SSD for just their OS Installation then connecting the 2 drives together... Can ya help with info on this?
