Separate names with a comma.
Unfortunately this is still an issue, at least with me. Went to speak with Moebus and all that comes up is the default "Get out of here scumbag"...
It was the factions, thank you! I never bothered to get friendly because they all seemed like generic missions, but it unlocked now!
So I recently started playing again, after a few months break (solo). I remember before the current version, there was a whole string of missions....
