The temporary ones are just loading errors, leave the area and come back, they fix themselves. The permanent ones are corrupted .raw files, I think
I'm working on a mod that will add custom commands in game such as the ability for factions to set/retrieve motd messages, make teleport easier...
Did you delete the planet in the saved folder? Did you edit the playfield.yaml in the templates folder?
