    Fixed Bug Report: Talon starting quest repeating - PH4

    This is how it should work. But in Phase 5 the story will be "chained" as it was planned. The phase 4 setup is more for easy testing.

    Speed of quest text display - Need option to slow it down

    Known Issue Temperate Start: RND issue with Deposits and Zirax POIs

    The reduction is somehow intentional - but there seems to be an issue the settings do not scale with size and mode anymore.

    No POIs on planets outside of faction territory? (A12.3)

    Outside the faction territories only POI with the "Faction: none" tag will spawn. (Wreckages, etc) BUT there are faction POI on some planets..but...
