    thx. This is possibly the underlying issue (but yes, we also removed the Upgrade-needs-lower-tier-device as well)

    Should be re-added in one of the next updates. Question: were you able to upgrade T1>2>3 without issues anyways?

    Fixed Solo Mission 1 does not progress upon finding Titan sections

    Known issue from the PDA tech change. All missions are currently in a rework for updating. Might take a week or two, though.

    Known Issue out of order pda goal order behavior inconsistent

    Currently it cannot be tracked what you did BEFORE an action. Hope this will be added in the future.
