Hmm... I don't think i've ever tested with Bases. My Memory last swears to me that Weapon Friendly Fire could be a thing with one's own...
Yes, your own Weapons can hurt you Friendly Fire style when you're on a PvP Planet. Best to keep this in mind when designing one's HVs. ;)
