The folder the epb file is contained in should have the workshop ID attached to the end of the folder name like so: Name of blueprint_1197343970...

Please do this so we can help you out. We need the name of the folder for the blueprint, the entire name. The fix might be very simple.
It will depend slightly on seed. Some seeds might have a different temperature. But yes it's very difficult if you're playing on the "hard" preset.

Steam won't let you update a blueprint if the name of the blueprint folder was changed. Perhaps giving a link to your blueprint on the workshop...

I haven't had much luck getting a "destroy the core of a specific base" to work.
I don't know how they could control what private servers do. Offering perks in exchange for monetary compensation is a fairly common practice...
