    Most likely because there is a Setting in SP that lets you choose to keep nothing, everything or just whats in the Toolbar.

    AFAIK..if you finish your Hunt Mission and get closer to the Settlement the Quest will pop up again. Only if you actively Cancel a offered Mission...
