Can you give more detail ? We are aware of an issue only affecting MP currently with blast damage not working correctly which will be addressed asap.
I'm afraid not I cannot trigger it & the log doesn't contain enough info as to where it comes from so currently nothing can be done for this.
This isn't a bug the ability to place a player core was not intentional.
