I've tested & confirmed that the HV can fly through Space, minus the up & down Direction & unable to change its Up & Down Position in any way...

The core problem was that the Faction that the new Peep was wanting to join was a different Origin from the one the New Guy entered the game into....

I vote instead of makin your CV smaller, use some of that space for holding & carting around a Mining HV. :D
I've begun work on a CV for my WASD Games Play which'll be screwed into having to be a Transport & Fighter somehow, if that even CAN be done......
