@Triblade @En_Ma yip, now a full dedicated server as En_ma said and thank you guys for also troubleshooting with me.
In the end RexXxus was kind enough ti trouble shoot as well for me and found the network from the host was set up badly resulting in over 400-1000...
Home network came back online. all tested...from 30000-30006 and all working. the 1 or 2 missed is when i forget to press bind so this settles...
