I'm not sure offhand. wipe, pf wipe, wipe deposit, something like that. if you search for it, or type the help command in game, should be able to...
You can wipe the ore deposits. I believe EAH can do this or you can do it manually with a command. It might destroy any auto miners on the planets...
That's the barren metal planet. I can't take credit for that one. :D By the way it's not the only default planet with layers of subsurface ores.
