Description: Constructors says "currently occupied by ..." even though they are not accessing it anymore, it locks up every constructor that they have accessed, only they can access it. and the constructor is also not able to be picked up any longer. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Load into a Co-op with a friend 2) Place any constructor down and join the same team and allow faction access 3)Teammate accesses constructor and backs out of it, now the constructor is locked out for everyone and cant be picked up anymore as well. Started when I tested 1.14 in experimental, now you have made it the current version it happens all the time. Any items taken from the Portable Constuctor they go into the tool bar instead of the player inventory. Even when empty I cannot pick up the constructor with Shift F. I can pick up the O2/Water condenser and heater. I have tried resetting key binding, but they have not changed. If you empty the constuctor, then exit the game, reload the save and pick it up without openning the constructor you can pick it up, but that it inconvienient. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Place a portable constructor. 2) Open the constructor. Close the constructor. 3) Try to pick it up. Screenshots, Crash Logs, any other Relevant Information or Download links:
