Alternate locations for the Info Hoarder?

I've only ever found one, on the station in orbit above the starter planet. Due to <REDACTED> my rep with the Free Colonists has become Unfriendly, and since there aren't any rep missions available yet, I'm stuck with no place to sell my hacked wares.

Has anyone else found Hoarders on other POIs? Any tips on where to look?

 

Sanctuary (Polaris faction) on the Temperate starter should have one.

 

Thanks very much! I'll take a look at Sanctuary. I guess my mind's eye blanked it out since I always do the same circuit to sell unwanted weapons/multitools.
